This comprehensive and easy to understand book was published by the reputable Bihar School of Yoga. With clear instructions for each pose, it is must have for every yogi and yogini where ever they are on their journey.

Although it is primarily written for ‘Satyananda’ or ‘Bihar’ Yoga, this book is used by many schools of yoga. This Bihar School of Yoga publication is a classic and well written book. The author Swami Satyananda Saraswati is a student of Sivananda Saraswati – both well respected gurus of yoga.
