A Successful Retreat in Bali!
Our retreat on the Island of Gods was beautiful. As well as daily yoga we meditated, danced, and had the pleasure of an amazing sound journey with over 60 instruments. It was creative and had something for everyone to gain from. People left with big smiles and we can’t help but feel proud! Can’t wait to share a similar retreat again soon…
Dharamshala Retreat – Sold Out
Our Dharamshala Retreat has been hugely popular and is now full. We are planning another for 2015 so click here if you would like to be informed when it is finalised.
One Free Place
One Free Place will be offered at our Bali Retreat this year. Drawn from a lottery there will be one very lucky person at the end of the retreat. This person will get a full refund for the price of the retreat, with the option of offering some or all of the refund to charity.
Special Discounted Rates
It is important for us that cost does not limit anyone from attending the retreat. If you feel you may be eligible for our discounted rate please email us and tell us why. Please however understand that this is at our discretion, and we hope you appreciate that we can only put aside very limited spaces for this option.

Jayna’s approach to yoga for the novice practioner is welcoming, gentle and kind. I really enjoyed her guidance and learnt about listening to my body in practicing this discipline. Yoga is ultimately an ongoing and personal practice – and Jayna’s teaching nurtures this.
Hana Jestribek, Australia
Jayna is a smart and sensitive teacher who is attentive to the needs and abilities of her students whether they are beginners or more experienced. I progress a great deal with each of her classes.
Martin Holland, United Kingdom
I took classes with Jayna in Oxford, and she’s a wonderful teacher! And a very warm and kind person.
Nell Crowden, United Kingdom
Jayna generates a truly warm atmosphere, in which I could find myself valued and accepted for what I am. Her gentle approach allowed me to connect with my body in a compassionate way. I highly recommend her.
